Itinerary:
Day 1: Hue / Dong Ha – Lao Bao Border Gate – Sepon (Approx. 140 km)
Start your motorbike adventure by leaving Hue or Dong Ha, heading west toward the Lao Bao Border Gate. As you ride along the famous Ho Chi Minh Trail, the landscape changes from bustling urban areas to serene countryside, with rolling hills, rice paddies, and small villages. Crossing into Laos at the Lao Bao Border, the atmosphere shifts into quieter, more rugged terrain. Ride onward to Sepon, a historically significant town on the Ho Chi Minh Trail, where you can soak in the history of the area, particularly its role during the Vietnam War. Spend the evening exploring the remnants of Sepon’s past and interacting with the local community.
Day 2: Sepon Motorbike Tour to Saravane (Approx. 170 km)
From Sepon, head deeper into Laos on dirt roads and scenic mountain passes as you travel to Saravane. The winding paths take you through remote villages where the people live traditional, rural lives. The journey offers a unique opportunity to experience untouched landscapes, from dense forests to rivers winding through the valleys. The route is a mix of paved and dirt roads, with stops at stunning waterfalls like Tad Lo and Tad Fane—perfect spots to take a break and enjoy the natural beauty. The landscape here is lush and verdant, with endless fields of coffee plantations stretching out in every direction. Arriving in Pakse, you’ll experience a lively atmosphere, with markets and riverside restaurants offering a variety of Laotian delicacies.
Day 4: Pakse Motorbike Tour to Paksong on Bolaven Plateau – Back to Pakse (Approx. 140 km)

Day 8: Phnom Penh Motorcycle Tour via Skun to Kampong Thom (Approx. 170 km)

Heading north, you’ll pass through Skun, a town known for its unique culinary offerings, such as fried tarantulas. The road to Kampong Thom is filled with palm-lined paths and rural villages, providing a peaceful, scenic ride. Kampong Thom itself is surrounded by ancient temples, with Sambo Prei Kuh being a hidden gem. This pre-Angkorian temple complex is surrounded by forest and offers a quieter, more serene experience compared to the more famous temple sites.
Day 9: Kampong Thom Motorbike Tour via Sambo Preikuh to Siem Reap (Approx. 160 km)
