After tour introduction and safety briefing, we begin our great adventure Cambodia Motorbike Tour to Vietnam with a ride on village road along the Mekong River toward Kampong Cham – the country’s largest province.
Once you get used to the bike, we will take the back road out of Phnom Penh with little traffic along the scenic road. We will stop regularly to see the sights along the way including a stop at the silk weaving village where we see villagers sit underneath their house on stilt producing shiny silk scarves called kroma using their traditional wooden loom. Along the way, there are numerous family-size businesses including kantel – the old fashion but the must-have mat weave from river reed. We also make a river crossing using wooden ferry that locals use for their daily river crossing.
we continue riding along the Mekong and make a stop at the 1500 years old holy site of the pre-Angkorian Khmer – Wat Hanchey that was built in 6t h century AD. We get to the hilltop and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Mekong and the surrounding landscape.

Today, we ride to the upper Mekong toward Kampi to view Freshwater Mekong Dolphin . Also known as Irrawaddy Dolphin, the Mekong Dolphin are endangered species that are being looked after by various organizations. We will be travelling in a wooden boat captained by former fisherman in the community, where they are asked to stop their net-fishing method that can harm the dolphins.
We continue riding Mekong toward Stung Treng where we are going to stay for the night. We arrive in the afternoon and check-in the hotel to freshen up.

We leave Stung Treng and continue East to Ratanakiri on nice scenic road. We visit the village of Veun Sai located on the left bank of the Se San River. The view of the Chinese village on the other side of the river is quite pretty. This place is nearly a Chinese enclave in Cambodian territory. Most villagers don’t even speak Khmer. Upstream of the Se San are a certain number of Tumpoun villages that practice funeral statuary which is spectacular. Continue to the village of Ka Choan that has superb totems.

We check-out and ride across the red-soil town to visit the magical crater lake of Yeak Laom that its breathtaking view were formed by Volcanic eruption. We continue to O’Yadav border where you going to cross the border into Vietnam.
Right after stepping into the Vietnam’s territory, you will be welcome by our guide & driver then jumping on your iron horse to ride straight to Pleiku. Time to refresh upon reaching hotel or you can roam around this mountainous city.

In this morning, after having breakfast we’ll keep on rolling to see some highlights of Plaice such as the war relic of Pleiku Prison to understand more about the history of this charming city then To Nung lake known as “blue eyes of Pleiku” and Minh Thanh pagoda before heading to Quy Nhon.
En route to Quy Nhon, we might have some dirt tracks to visit remote villages, schools …
Upon arrival in Quy Nhon, if time permits, we’ll ride to visit Quang Trung museum, Cham Tower of Duong Long.

After having breakfast, we’ll keep you on journey by riding to Quang Ngai, en route we’ll stop by to visit Sa Huynh beach known as one of the nicest beach in Central of Vietnam.
After having lunch at or nearby Sa Huynh beach, we’ll keep on rolling to see My Lai Massacre Museum or Son My Historical Relic where American troops killed more than 500 citizens of mostly children & women in 1968 to know more about the war between Vietnam & US.

Today is just an easy day for riders because we mostly follow the scenic coast to ride upto Hoi An. En route, we can stop by some fishing villages located on the beach side to understand more about the local cultures & daily life of the people here.
Before reaching Hoi An, we can ride on backroads to visit Thanh Ha Ceramic Village and Tra Que Vegetable Village to experience the sunset in the countryside of Hoi An
