DAY 1: HA GIANG – MOTORCYCLE TOUR VIA YEN MINH – LUNG CU TO DONG VAN

Morning

The tour guide will take you to have breakfast then will guide you to the must-to-visit attractions from Ha Giang to Dong Van.

Bac Sum slope – an 8 km long slope.
Quan Ba – Heaven Gate, Co Tien Mountain (or Quan Ba Twins Mountain)
Lonely Tree – Can Ty, Quan Ba

At noon: We will have a luch at Yen Minh town

Afternoon:

Tham Ma slope: (also known as Tham Ma slope is located in the alley of Dong Van). This slope is famous for travelers when coming to Ha Giang.
Chin Khoanh slope : We can take some photos at the famous long-standing slope in Ha Giang.
Lung Cam Cultural Village: This is the village selected to film famous dramas such as: Pao’s Story (Chuyen cua Pao) ,Lang yen duoi vuc sau . Visit Pao’s house, take photos of seasonal flowers that are considered the most beautiful village of Dong Van Rock Plateau.
The Vuong House: The house is called the King of the Hmong people. You can learn about the art, the architecture, the history and the culture of the Vuong family (the Meo King family) also the culture of the Mong people in Dong Van then we will continue to move to Dong Van town.

Evening

We will check in at the hotel/homestay. Then we will have a dinner and take around Dong Van old town. Lastly, we will come back to the hotel/homestay to have a sleep.

DAY 2: DONG VAN MOTORBIKE TOUR VIA MA PI LENG TO DU GIA

Morning: You will have a breakfast then explore the Dong Van ancient town.

Lung Cu Flagpole: The destination is Lung Cu Flagpole – the northernmost point of the country that everyone wants to visit once in their life. You can learn about the cultural history of the land and the process of building the flagpole as well as the process of keeping every inch of land of the Ha Giang ethnic people.
Ma Pi Leng Pass: Ma Pi Leng Pass (The place is known as the first scenic spot of Vietnam), and also the most beautiful and majestic in the “Four great peaks of the Northern Pass” to Ha Giang. The 21 km long pass connects 2 districts of Dong Van and Meo Vac.
Taking a boat trip on Tu San alley – Nho Que river. Nho Que River flows into Vietnam from Seo Lung village, Lung Cu commune, Dong Van district, passes through Tu San gorge, then passes Ma Pi Leng, when reaching Meo Vac, flows east into Cao Bang territory. poured into the Gam River. Tu San Gorge is considered the deepest canyon in Southeast Asia and is located in a valley with unique geological architecture in Vietnam.

At noon: Having a lunch

Afternoon : The next stop will be Du Gia village, and see the waterfall in Du Gia. After that, you can freely visit the ethnic village area here and can take amazing photos here.

Evening : Checking in your homestay/hotel & enjoying your dinner.

DAY 3: DU GIA VILLAGE MOTORCYCLE TOUR BACK TO HA GIANG CITY

Morning: Having a breakfast & checking – out your homestay/hotel then we’ll keep riding on twisted roads to get back to Ha Giang City where you can catch up an Express Bus back to Hanoi.

12h30 : Back to Ha Noi city

Technical Support: In case of technical breakdown, we replace the bike with the same type. If an issue shortens your ride, you are refunded for unused days.

Rider Experience: All riders must be healthy, physically fit, and confident in their motorbiking ability for medium-to-large displacement motorcycles.

Flexible Rescheduling: Deposits are non-refundable, but you are free to postpone your booking to another date should unforeseen changes arise.

5 of us did the 10 day Northern Vietnam Off-road Loop at the end of November, very ably assisted by by our guide, Giang, and support vehicle driver, Dong.We logged over 1800km in 9 days of riding, saw some absolutely amazing scenery, partook in local delicacies, met and partied with ethnic people and had an epic trip.Everything around the trip was managed efficiently by Mike Dong, including organising Vietnamese drivers licences for us all. The bikes we had (CRF300L) performed well with only two flat tyres to speak of. The accommodation choices (apart from one night) were comfortable and adequate, the meals were delicious and plentiful.The whole trip went like clockwork and we got to see places few other tourist would ever get to see.I would definitely recommend this tour or shorter trips if you feel 10 days is a bit much.

The day before, we were personally briefed by the company owner, received all important details and felt well prepared.Our guide Cong was just awesome. We felt safe at all times and were allowed to experience small cultural excursions practically every day. He showed us beautiful places, introduced us to local culture and was able to tell us an incredible amount about the country. Brilliant 6 days, the tours are road based with a little bit of riding on un paved roads, Ducky was our guide, ex-road racer which suited us as we like to push on. Was amazing to see all the villagers, people waving, nothing like miserable old England where everyone thinks your doing something illegal. We did a 10 day tour. Lihn was our guide. Great guy. We had a Canadian guy join us, so 4 in total. Amazing time, 10 days few by. I had a gopro on my helmet facing forward, Lihn had one facing back.
