Itinerary:

Day 1: Siem Reap – Ta Seng – Homestay (-,L,D)

After tour information and safety briefin, we head out of Siem Reap via some nice village roads.We then travel on the path of ancient road connect the ancient city of Angkor to Preah Khan of Kampong Svay. It is hard to imagine that a thousand year ago this ancient highway

that served as an important trading route in the kingdom. We stop for the night at our homestay host in Ta Seng village.Ta Seng is not a regular village but it was a city a thousand year back. One of the last kings of Angkor built the largest religious complex of the era here in Preah Khan Kampong Svay or the Great Preah Khan.

Day 2: Preah Khan Kampong Svay – Koh Ker – Beng Mealea – Homestay (B,L,D)

After farewell from our homestay host, we explore the temple complex of Preah Khan Kampong Svay via some small trails. Preah Khan Kampong Svay is one of the largest temple complexes in Cambodia, covering an area of around 5 square kilometers. We then continue to Koh Ker, an ancient archaeological site with an impressive and unique pyramid-shaped temple towering over the surrounding jungle. We head to Beng Mealea, nicknamed “Sister Temple to Angkor Wat”, situated amidst dense jungle, and its remote location adds to its mysterious and atmospheric charm. Beng Mealea is one of the most striking examples of Khmer architecture.

Day 3: Kulen National Park Exploration – Siem Reap (B,L,-)

Today, we head up to Kulen National Park, home to several cascading waterfalls, including the iconic Kulen Waterfall, which is often referred to as the “River of a Thousand Lingas.” This waterfall flows over ancient stone carvings depicting Hindu deities and symbols, including lingas (phallic symbols representing the god Shiva), making it a significant religious site.
