This motorbike tour will carry you to Phong Nha Cave and Paradise Cave of Phong Nha – Ke Bang national park. It is a national park in the centre of Quang Binh province in north-central Vietnam. It protects one of the world’s two largest karst regions with several hundred caves and grottoes. Its name derives from Phong Nha cave, the most beautiful one, with numerous fascinating rock formations, and Ke Bang forest. The plateau is probably one of the finest and most distinctive examples of a complex karst landform in Southeast Asia. The Park is considered a paradise for researchers and explorers of grottoes and caves and is the home to 140 families, 427 branches, and 751 species of precious plants

Day 1: Hue motorbike tour to Bo Trach in Quang Binh

Day 2: Quang Binh motorcycle tour to Paradise or Thien Duong cave – Phong Nha cave – Dong Hoi – Hue

Day 1: Hue Motorbike Tour to Phong Nha and Thien Duong Caves: Hue motorbike tour to Bo Trach in Quang Binh ( B/L/D) (105 km)

07:00 Pick you up at your hotel or our office in Hue and take a short drink of coffee with Vietnamese style.
07:30 Riding on Highway 1 to Vinh Moc tunnels, one more option we can stop and take some pictures at Quang Tri Old Citadel
09:30 Arrived Vinh Moc tunnels and begin learning about the life of Vietnam soldiers in the war.
10:30 Riding continuous to Phong Nha National Park. On the way, we can enjoy the lunch on the local restaurant.
16:00 Arrived Bo Trach district and check-in hotel.

Day 2: Hue Motorbike Tour to Phong Nha and Thien Duong Caves: Quang Binh motorcycle tour to Paradise or Thien Duong cave – Phong Nha cave – Dong Hoi – Hue

06:30 Having breakfast and check-out hotel
07:00 Take a boat along Son river to the gate of Phong Nha cave. The wildly and weirdly beautiful of that cave will make be a good impression to the travellers.

9:30 Continue by boat on Chay River to visit Dark Cave, then motorbike pickup to Paradise cave, take some pictures with natural forest, limestone mountain on the way.
10:30 Walking about 10 minus to Paradise Cave. Enjoy the voice of many kind of birds over there. Begin to explore “Paradise Cave” and you will be surprised increasingly by the structure of these stalactites and the stalagmites inside.
12:00 Come back to Phong Nha National Park. Enjoy the local food before coming back to Hue city.
Note: You have another option that is go to Dong Hoi rail station to take the train to Hanoi.

5 of us did the 10 day Northern Vietnam Off-road Loop at the end of November, very ably assisted by by our guide, Giang, and support vehicle driver, Dong.We logged over 1800km in 9 days of riding, saw some absolutely amazing scenery, partook in local delicacies, met and partied with ethnic people and had an epic trip.Everything around the trip was managed efficiently by Mike Dong, including organising Vietnamese drivers licences for us all. The bikes we had (CRF300L) performed well with only two flat tyres to speak of. The accommodation choices (apart from one night) were comfortable and adequate, the meals were delicious and plentiful.The whole trip went like clockwork and we got to see places few other tourist would ever get to see.I would definitely recommend this tour or shorter trips if you feel 10 days is a bit much.

The day before, we were personally briefed by the company owner, received all important details and felt well prepared.Our guide Cong was just awesome. We felt safe at all times and were allowed to experience small cultural excursions practically every day. He showed us beautiful places, introduced us to local culture and was able to tell us an incredible amount about the country. Brilliant 6 days, the tours are road based with a little bit of riding on un paved roads, Ducky was our guide, ex-road racer which suited us as we like to push on. Was amazing to see all the villagers, people waving, nothing like miserable old England where everyone thinks your doing something illegal. We did a 10 day tour. Lihn was our guide. Great guy. We had a Canadian guy join us, so 4 in total. Amazing time, 10 days few by. I had a gopro on my helmet facing forward, Lihn had one facing back. Completed the 10 Day trip. It was guided and tailored to our riding abilities. Sadly we came at a time with flooding and could not complete some tracks because of this. The food was amazing at every location. Homestays were fantastic, nice people. Ducky had good knowledge about the locations and good recommendations
