Day 1: Hoi An Motorbike Tour to Nha Trang via Kon Tum, Buon Ma Thuot, Lak Lake: Hoi An motorbike tour to Kon Tum (L, D)

You will be met and picked up in Hoi An (Or Danang). We will leave the coastal land and head up to the west on the rugged roads through the countryside where we can see the local people working on farm, making rice paper, incense sticks…and pay visit to My Son Holyland where we will learn more about the history, culture of Vietnam and the Cham people.

After visiting some amazing Cham towers, we get back to the bikes and enjoy motorbike tour via Ho Chi Minh trail to Kon Tum. We’ll have plenty of chances to visit some historical sites and beautiful villages of the colorful hill tribes. We will arrive Kon Tum at about 5:00 pm.

Day 2: Hoi An Motorbike Tour to Nha Trang via Kon Tum, Buon Ma Thuot, Lak Lake: Kon Tum motorbike tour to Buon Me Thuot (B, L, D)

After breakfast in hotel, keep motorcycling on Ho Chi Minh trail through central highlands to enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the nature and see more ethnic people in the area such as the Ktu, Ba Na and Ede people to learn more about their unique culture and interesting tradition. Especially we will visit “the eye of the central highlands”- the Sea lake or Bien Ho in Pleiku. This Ho Chi Minh trail motorbike tour must be the highlight of the trip. We will finish the enjoyable motorbike ride today at about 5:00 pm in Buon Me Thuat town.

Day 3: Hoi An Motorbike Tour to Nha Trang via Kon Tum, Buon Ma Thuot, Lak Lake: Buon Me Thuot motorbike tour to Lak Lake (B, L, D)

Central Highlands of Vietnam is famous for rubber and coffee plantation. This highland is the second biggest coffee exporter in the world. Today’s short motorbike tour in Central Highlands will show you a large coffee field and give you the chance to learn how the process isand have a good café. Also, you will be taken to Dray Sap and Dray Nu waterfalls – the biggest ones in Vietnam where you can have a swim at the footer-lake of the waterfalls.

After that, we get back to the motorcycles and have a great ride on the winding back-roads through some peaceful villages of the ethnic people. This short but joyful motorbike ride will end at the Lak lake at about 4:30 pm. We will stay in a small hotel with a great lake view.

Day 4: Hoi An Motorbike Tour to Nha Trang via Kon Tum, Buon Ma Thuot, Lak Lake: Lak lake motorcycle tour to Nha Trang (B, L)

After early breakfast in the hotel, we can ride elephant or boat to cross the Lak lake, after crossing the lake we will pay an interesting visit to villages of the M’nong people and then leave the Ho Chi Minh trail to hit the road down to the coast. We will do more stops to visit some other hill tribes along the way or to take pictures of the beautiful nature and especially take time to enjoy the beautiful scenery on the coastal roads to Nha Trang.

The short motorbike tour from Hoi An to Nha Trang will end at around 4: 30 pm in the coastal city of Nha Trang. Then you will check in the hotel of your choices. Hotel accommodation is on your own account but we can suggest and book upon request.

5 of us did the 10 day Northern Vietnam Off-road Loop at the end of November, very ably assisted by by our guide, Giang, and support vehicle driver, Dong.We logged over 1800km in 9 days of riding, saw some absolutely amazing scenery, partook in local delicacies, met and partied with ethnic people and had an epic trip.Everything around the trip was managed efficiently by Mike Dong, including organising Vietnamese drivers licences for us all. The bikes we had (CRF300L) performed well with only two flat tyres to speak of. The accommodation choices (apart from one night) were comfortable and adequate, the meals were delicious and plentiful.The whole trip went like clockwork and we got to see places few other tourist would ever get to see.I would definitely recommend this tour or shorter trips if you feel 10 days is a bit much.

He showed us beautiful places, introduced us to local culture and was able to tell us an incredible amount about the country. Brilliant 6 days, the tours are road based with a little bit of riding on un paved roads, Ducky was our guide, ex-road racer which suited us as we like to push on. Was amazing to see all the villagers, people waving, nothing like miserable old England where everyone thinks your doing something illegal. We did a 10 day tour. Lihn was our guide. Great guy. We had a Canadian guy join us, so 4 in total. Amazing time, 10 days few by. I had a gopro on my helmet facing forward, Lihn had one facing back. Completed the 10 Day trip. It was guided and tailored to our riding abilities. Sadly we came at a time with flooding and could not complete some tracks because of this. The food was amazing at every location. Homestays were fantastic, nice people. Ducky had good knowledge about the locations and good recommendations
