Pu Luong in Thai is the highest mountain peak. Pu Luong Nature Reserve belongs to two districts of Ba Thuoc and Quan Hoa and Thanh Hoa, covering an area of more than 17,600 hectares with a rich flora and fauna. With the wild beauty of the rainforest, this place is one of the Northwest tourist destinations attracting many young people. As a highland area surrounded by primeval forests, the climate in Pu Luong is quite pleasant even during the hot summer days.
DAY 1: HANOI MOTORBIKE TOUR TO MAI CHAU VALLEY (HOA BINH) – OFFROAD RIDING TO TRIBAL VILLAGES – ENJOY A MUSIC PERFORMANCE + RICE WINE
Start our motorbike tour by leaving Hanoi on dyke roads to avoid the heavy traffic around 9.am, we ride our motorcycles west to Mai Chau, an area of beautiful landscape and home to the Thai ethnic minority. We will motorcycle on Highway 6 passing extensive farming lands comprising a sea of paddy fields split by tree-lined roads punctuated by limestone karst scenery.
After a light lunch in Hoa Binh Province, we cross Thung Khe, one of the most beautiful mountain passes in North Vietnam then descent to the mountain valley settlement of Mai Chau. After dinner we join performance, where you can dance and share a range of special liquors (rice wine) with the locals. Overnight in a house-on-stilts of the Thai people.

Day 2: Mai Chau Motorcycle Tour To Pu Luong Nature Reserve (lunch/Dinner)
In this morning, after having breakfast at Mai Chau we’ll say goodbye to friendly people here to keep rolling on the Road 15 to get to Pu Luong Nature Reserve’s core after a short break. (50Km away from Mai Chau).

if time permits, Visit Hieu Waterfall of Co Lung commune, Ba Thuoc district, located in the core zone of Pu Luong nature reserve. This is a favorite destination for tourists who love to explore, the 25 km long road from Canh Nang town to Hieu village is very beautiful because there are terraced fields located on both sides of the stream.

Day 3: Explore Pu Luong – Motorcycle Tour back to Hanoi (breakfast, lunch)
Get up early in the morning to explore some places around Pu Luong such as Hang Kho Muong, studying the Thai culture. Exploring the majestic Pu Luong, we visit a very pristine and rustic valley called Kho Muong. Looking down from above, Kho Muong appears with attractive beauty, stilt houses lying close to the foot of the mountain next to rice fields, corn fields, cassava fields. Surrounding the village is a vast green color of mountains and forests. All appear as a picture of the place “heavenly fairyland”. People in the village mainly make a living by growing rice, maize, and cassava … the products they make are also only for daily meals. Then visit Ban Don where there is a peaceful space, pristine natural landscape but also enjoy the specialties of the indigenous people, such as wild bamboo shoots, grass ducks, wild pigs, hill chickens, Pumpkin, … especially the sincerity and hospitality of the local people.
