DAY 1: Cambodia Offroad Motorbike Tour from Phnom Penh to Kompong Speu, Koh Kong: PHNOM PENH MOTORCYCLE TOURS TO KOMPONG SPEU

We will transfer from Phnom Penh to Kompong Speu, where we leave the highway and join the winding ox-cart track through Aural National Park to Sophat. Kampong Speu province is situated in western Cambodia between Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. It’s flatter regions are quite nondescript but, the area towards the Cardamom Mountains is well worth a visit. Speu is the Khmer word for starfruit, but Kampong Speu is actually famous for its palm sugar and wine. We stay overnight here in a traditional village house.

DAY 2: Cambodia Offroad Motorbike Tour from Phnom Penh to Kompong Speu, Koh Kong: KOMPONG SPEU MOTORCYCLE TOURS VIA CARDAMOM MOUNTAINS – KOH KONG

Riding along a challenging jungle path and crossing numerous rickety bridges through Araing and Thmor Bang, we enter the Cardamom Mountains. By the end of the day, we ride a motorcycle to the coastal border town of Koh Kong.

DAY 3: Cambodia Offroad Motorbike Tour from Phnom Penh to Kompong Speu, Koh Kong: KOH KONG OFFROAD MOTORBIKE TOURS

We will make a motorbike trip towards the jungle trail through bamboo groves and rocky inclines to a set of river rapids. Cool off in the waters of the Ka Pow River, before returning to Koh Kong for the night.

DAY 4: Cambodia Offroad Motorbike Tour from Phnom Penh to Kompong Speu, Koh Kong: MOTORCYCLE TOURS VIA CARDAMOM TO LOCAL VILLAGES

We start a motorcyle trip through the Cardamoms, along the most extreme trail Cambodia has to offer, until we reach O’ Saom. This isolated village is completely cut off from civilisation during the rainy season is completely self-sufficient, with its own homegrown fruits and vegetables and freshwater supply. Villagers also report the occasional glimpse of wild crocodiles. Here you have the option of either camping out or staying at their own guesthouse!

We keep riding our journey along the trail to Veal Veng, another remote village where we stop for lunch. Leaving Veal Veng, we take a ride to the town of Pursat, famous for its marble sculpting, where we stay the night

Technical Support: In case of technical breakdown, we replace the bike with the same type. If an issue shortens your ride, you are refunded for unused days.

Rider Experience: All riders must be healthy, physically fit, and confident in their motorbiking ability for medium-to-large displacement motorcycles.

Flexible Rescheduling: Deposits are non-refundable, but you are free to postpone your booking to another date should unforeseen changes arise.

5 of us did the 10 day Northern Vietnam Off-road Loop at the end of November, very ably assisted by by our guide, Giang, and support vehicle driver, Dong.We logged over 1800km in 9 days of riding, saw some absolutely amazing scenery, partook in local delicacies, met and partied with ethnic people and had an epic trip.Everything around the trip was managed efficiently by Mike Dong, including organising Vietnamese drivers licences for us all. The bikes we had (CRF300L) performed well with only two flat tyres to speak of. The accommodation choices (apart from one night) were comfortable and adequate, the meals were delicious and plentiful.The whole trip went like clockwork and we got to see places few other tourist would ever get to see.I would definitely recommend this tour or shorter trips if you feel 10 days is a bit much.

Brilliant 6 days, the tours are road based with a little bit of riding on un paved roads, Ducky was our guide, ex-road racer which suited us as we like to push on. Was amazing to see all the villagers, people waving, nothing like miserable old England where everyone thinks your doing something illegal. We did a 10 day tour. Lihn was our guide. Great guy. We had a Canadian guy join us, so 4 in total. Amazing time, 10 days few by. I had a gopro on my helmet facing forward, Lihn had one facing back. Completed the 10 Day trip. It was guided and tailored to our riding abilities. Sadly we came at a time with flooding and could not complete some tracks because of this.
