Day 1: Vietnam Motorcycle Tour to Mekong Delta via Can Tho, Ha Tien & Chau Doc: SAIGON MOTORBIKE TOURS PASSING LONG AN AND MY THO TO BEN TRE (L/D)

In the morning, our motorbike tour will start from Ho Chi Minh City and depart to Can Duoc Market – a stunning rural market (40km). The scene changes from bustling streets with buildings and noise to peaceful rice paddles with cottages and small houses on the way – in the open air of “steel horses”.
Then take a rural route to My Loi Ferry. Some stops en route to see farmers working on paddy fields. Cross Vam Co river by the ferry then ride to Go Cong then Tan Hoa (25km). Have some stops en-route to visit an incense workshop, through some remote villages and relax. Then continue riding from this Mekong Delta beach to Ben Tre via My Tho (45km).

Day 2 : Vietnam Motorcycle Tour to Mekong Delta via Can Tho, Ha Tien & Chau Doc: BEN TRE MOTORBIKE TOURS TO CAN THO VIA TRA VINH (B/L/D)

After a simple breakfast with the host, then check out and say goodbye to the host, we cruise a boat trip on Mekong River to Phoenix Island where local handicrafts and sweets from coconut are being produced. Enjoy fresh seasonal fruits and traditional live music and songs performance.

Take a short ride on a horse carriage to a typical local house to taste some homemade honey-tea. Proceed by small sampan boats through the small canals and side arms of the river to observe the daily life along the river banks with a stop and short leisurely walk at the Turtle Island. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch Disembark  pier in late morning, we head for Cantho on your motors with stops on the way to experience the daily life in the Mekong Delta region.

DAY 3 : Vietnam Motorcycle Tour to Mekong Delta via Can Tho, Ha Tien & Chau Doc: SIGHTSEEING TOURS AT CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET – CAN THO MOTORBIKE TOURS TO RACH GIA (B/L /D )

6.30AM – Ride to Ninh Kieu Pier to take a boat trip to Cai Rang floating market, one of the busiest fruit market in Southeast Asia. We have a long distance cruise & walk on a quiet country road to take in the magnificent scenery and get close to the locals as they go about their daily routine. Back to the Hotel for breakfast.

Then we will have a short visit to Can Tho central market and Binh Thuy ancient house whose design is a combination of Vietnam and France with interesting involved stories but also a garden with various flowers and fruits, including a wide range of orchids and a record cactus. Heading to Rach Gia. Rach Gia including significant numbers of ethnic Chinese and Khmer. Arrival Rach Gia Ha Tien in the late afternoon. Check in hotel and free time.

DAY 4 : Vietnam Motorcycle Tour to Mekong Delta via Can Tho, Ha Tien & Chau Doc: RACH GIA MOTORBIKE TOURS PASSING HA TIEN TO CHAU DOC (B/L/D)

After breakfast, we ride to Ha Tien. On the way we will stop to visit the fishing village, Thach Dong and the beach Mui Nai, closed to the border with Cambodia. Ride along Vinh Te border canal to Tri Ton, we stop over for short visit Ba Chuc ossuary well known as killing field in Vietnam.

DAY 5: Vietnam Motorcycle Tour to Mekong Delta via Can Tho, Ha Tien & Chau Doc: CHAU DOC MOTORBIKE TOURS TO CAO LANH (B/L/D)

Chau Doc is located west of the Mekong Delta between upper and lower branches of the Mekong River. The town is famous as the gateway between Vietnam to Cambodia. Enjoy an hour motorboat trip to a floating village and Cham village, visit a mosque and sarong workshop. Check out of the hotel and cross the lower river to Chau Giang Dist. Ride on the dirt track to Cho Moi, pedal past Hoa Hao Buddhist Holly pagoda, keep pedalling to Cho Moi for lunch. From this town, we take a little ferry to the Island to pedal to the Monastery, which was built 120 years ago by the French. This is the first Monastery building site in Indochina, established in 1874. In the late afternoon, ride to Cao Lanh city. Check in hotel and free time.

Have breakfast and take a ferry to the other side of upper brand of Mekong River. Start riding to Sadec, ride past flower and ornamental gardens. Visit “Huynh Thuy Le’s house”, the house made famous in the movie The Lover, with Margueti Duras, set in Sadec from 1928 to 1932, in which a French teenage girl embarks on a reckless and forbidden romance with a wealthy, older Chinese man. Heading back to Sai Gon.Arrival Sai Gon arround 17:00 pm.

Technical Support: In case of technical breakdown, we replace the bike with the same type. If an issue shortens your ride, you are refunded for unused days.

Awesome Riding Adventure
5 of us did the 10 day Northern Vietnam Off-road Loop at the end of November, very ably assisted by by our guide, Giang, and support vehicle driver, Dong.We logged over 1800km in 9 days of riding, saw some absolutely amazing scenery, partook in local delicacies, met and partied with ethnic people and had an epic trip.Everything around the trip was managed efficiently by Mike Dong, including organising Vietnamese drivers licences for us all. The bikes we had (CRF300L) performed well with only two flat tyres to speak of. The accommodation choices (apart from one night) were comfortable and adequate, the meals were delicious and plentiful.The whole trip went like clockwork and we got to see places few other tourist would ever get to see.I would definitely recommend this tour or shorter trips if you feel 10 days is a bit much.

Unforgettable 12-day trip from Hanoi to Saigon
We highly recommend the 12-day trip from Hanoi to Saigon. The organization was excellent from start to finish. The day before, we were personally briefed by the company owner, received all important details and felt well prepared.Our guide Cong was just awesome. We felt safe at all times and were allowed to experience small cultural excursions practically every day. He showed us beautiful places, introduced us to local culture and was able to tell us an incredible amount about the country. We were also spoiled culinary – we ate very fine every day.An absolutely unique experience, perfectly organized and with a guide who made our experience unforgettable. Great bike tour for 6 days, north west Vietnam
Brilliant 6 days, the tours are road based with a little bit of riding on un paved roads, Ducky was our guide, ex-road racer which suited us as we like to push on. Was amazing to see all the villagers, people waving, nothing like miserable old England where everyone thinks your doing something illegal. Am absolutely amazing ten days in northern Vietnam
We did a 10 day tour. Lihn was our guide. Great guy. We had a Canadian guy join us, so 4 in total. Amazing time, 10 days few by. I had a gopro on my helmet facing forward, Lihn had one facing back. Incredible life experience
Indochina Bike Tours ran a very relax but very professional motorcycle tour and over the 14 day North Vietnam,2400km ride everyday was full of challenges and wonder natural and cultural surprise.Absoulutly everything was fully catered for and supplied , all you have to do is wake up and thumb the starter button.Great company and great ride.Highly recommended. Great 12 Day Tour through Northern Vietnam
We had a great trip with Ducky and Son showing us hidden offroad tracks and beautiful sceneries in Northern Vietnam. They were also very professional whenever something on the bike required fixing. 10 Days
Completed the 10 Day trip. It was guided and tailored to our riding abilities. Sadly we came at a time with flooding and could not complete some tracks because of this. The food was amazing at every location. Homestays were fantastic, nice people. Ducky had good knowledge about the locations and good recommendations
